The Purpose Of Emulsification
Efficient on-line dispersing equipment, installed on the pipeline to continuously process materials. And to eliminate the difference in quality between batches, the basic structure consists of a pump chamber and a pair of fixed rotors.
The working principle of electric energy is the source of emulsified pump power. It mainly relies on the support of electric power to convert electric energy into the high-speed rotation power of the rotor. Under the strong shear force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the mixed product is pulverized and emulsified. Thereby draining from the bottom of the emulsification pump. The pump body is mainly composed of the outside of the pump chamber and the inside of the pump chamber. The main material used outside the pump chamber is the stainless steel model SS316. This material is wear-resistant and not easy to rust. The structure inside the pump chamber is also made of stainless steel and is more corrosive and wear resistant than the outside. It is thus better to subdivide some oxidizing liquids better without causing damage to the pump body.
