The emulsion mixer is professionally designed according to the cream making process of cosmetics and ointment products. The unit is composed of pretreatment pot, vacuum emulsion stirring pot, vacuum pump,hydraulic system, dumping system, electrical control system and working platform..The unit has the characteristics of simple operation, stable performance, good homogeneity, high production efficiency,convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small occupied area and high degree of automation.

Working Principle
Homogeneous cutting head must not run in empty pot because of its extremely high rotating speed, so as to avoid affecting sealing degree after local heating. Ground wire is reliably grounded to ensure power safety. The shaft end of the homogenizer is viewed as turning right. After each motor connection or when it is not used again for a long time, the homogenizer should be started for trial rotation, and then the homogenizer should be officially operated when it is confirmed to be correct. Every time before stirring starts, click to check whether there is any abnormality in wall scraping during stirring, and if there is any abnormality, remove it immediately. Before the stirring shaft works in vacuum, it is necessary to check whether the pan is flat with the lid and the mouth of the pan. Whether the material cover is tightly covered and reliably sealed. Before shutting down the vacuum pump, the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump should be closed. The vacuum pump can be started and operated under the sealing condition of homogenizing pot. If there is special need to open the air to start the pump, the operation shall not exceed 3 minutes. Before any maintenance or cleaning, the equipment must be cut off and connected to the power supply. Never lift your hands into the kettle during the operation of the equipment to prevent accidents. In case of any abnormal response during operation, stop running immediately, and start the machine only after finding out the reason.
