Application
V Series helical ribbon mixer is used for Mixing of solid powders, such as fine chemicals. Fuel, fertilizer and metal powder, crystal powder sensitive to shear, batch product mixing, liquid mixing into solid, equipment design is well suited to the general layout of typical chemical plants, because of low circumferential velocity,it is also suitable for dangerous places.

Main Characteristics Are As Follows
1. Positive displacement mixing of free flowing solid materials.
2. Cantilever shaft structure, bearing end does not contact with material.
3. The gap between agitator and vessel wall is very small to prevent material sticking.
4. Standardized mixing drive box to ensure stable operation and low maintenance cost.
5. Special geometry O-ring, high quality equipment surface treatment and elimination of dead angle.
6. The container can be heated or cooled by the outer jacket (optional).
7. The crusher is used to prevent materials from caking.

Function
Strong mixing action, which makes the material near the wall of the container move upwards while the material at the center moves downwards, and the flowable granules are mixed softly but completely.A large number of materials can be mixed in a short time, which can achieve a high standard of uniform mixing, and almost all materials can be discharged cleanly.
