Working Principle During the working process of the double planetary vacuum power mixer, the two parallel mixing paddles operate according to the set fixed rotation ratio. They revolve along the mixing barrel while also rotating rapidly. At the same time, there is a rotating scraper that runs synchronously with the revolution in the mixing barrel. Rotation makes the material move from the inner wall of the mixing tank to the vicinity of the mixing paddle. The rotation direction and revolution of the agitator can be the same or reversed to achieve different shearing purposes. The high-speed dispersing gears of the other two separate power units also run along the mixing barrel along with the revolution to carry out efficient dispersion and emulsification. The high-speed dispersing gears are frequency-converted and can be adjusted according to the production process.
This kind of movement can make the materials achieve a completely uniform emulsification mixing effect in a short time, and is especially suitable for the dispersion and mixing of solid-solid, solid-liquid, and liquid-liquid phases.
