This emulsification mixer is professionally designed according to the cream making process of cosmetics and ointment products. This unit consists of a pretreatment pot, a vacuum emulsification mixing pot, a vacuum pump, a hydraulic system, a dumping system, an electrical control system, and a working platform. Working Principle * Due to the extremely high speed of the homogeneous cutting head, it must not be operated in an empty pot, so as not to affect the degree of sealing after partial heating. * The ground wire is reliably grounded to ensure the safety of electricity. * The shaft end of the homogenizer is viewed as a right turn. Every time the motor is connected or does not need to be restarted for a long period of time, it is necessary to start a trial rotation, and then formally let the homogenizer run after confirmation. * Each time the stirring should be started, it should be jog to check whether there is any abnormality in the stirring and scraping, if any, it should be eliminated immediately. * Before stirring and vacuuming, be sure to check whether the pot is flat against the lid, and whether the lid of the pot and the lid are tightly sealed and the seal is reliable. * Before shutting down the vacuum pump, close the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump. * The vacuum pump can be started under the sealing condition of the homogenizing pot.
